Renovation of two independent ground floor apartments
OVERVIEW
This project involved renovating a ground floor space from an office into residential space to create two independent apartments that meet modern housing needs. As the apartment space was limited, smart solutions were implemented to form comfortable living spaces. This was achieved by creating levels to define spaces and by fully utilizing every square meter to avoid creating "dead spaces."
Emphasis was placed on interior decoration to create a calm, pleasant, and simultaneously modern atmosphere that invites relaxation.
