Panagouli & Spanaki Mixed-Use Development

This project represents a flagship "Design-Build" undertaking by markt-sa, where our team managed the entire lifecycle from the initial architectural study to full-scale construction. Defined by architectural clarity and a sleek modern aesthetic, the building unfolds across four primary levels, supplemented by a functional attic and a basement. The ground-floor "pilotis" has been meticulously engineered to balance practical urban requirements with resident privacy, offering secure parking within a refined structural frame.

Located at the strategic intersection of Panagouli and Σtergiou Spanaki streets, the development sits within a burgeoning urban fabric that perfectly bridges the gap between city vibrancy and residential serenity. The interior logic of the building focuses on the "complete living experience," where light-filled office spaces and ergonomic apartments coexist without compromise.
